Meal Plans - Why do All New Patrons Have a Meal Plan Balance of Zero?

1) Head to the Meal Plan section of FIIT on the home page 

2) Check the meal plans in question to see what the balance is, if the balance is 0 it means that students will have those meal plans but there is no balance on them. 

This should be changed through FIIT so all future Patrons have balances when added to these meal plans going forward. To do this click on the blue pencil icon on the far right hand side. 

Under the  Meal Plan Details tab set a balance in the Meals Per Cycle Period box

This will change the balance for all new patrons added to this meal plan, to correct the balances for existing students, you need to do a bulk meal plan adjustment
