Making Changes - How To Change the Hours of a Location in the Mobile App

Operating hours are important to add because they change the availability of your menu. If your store is closed, it won’t show allow customer to put in Mobile Orders.   

Please note this is done through Nōwn POS, not the backend (FIIT).

To edit the store hours:

• Select the Set Up icon on the left hand side menu bar
• Select General Info
• Move the slider to set your hours for each day.
• Note: do not delete any hours of operations, even if you are closed.

Please note that this is for your hours of operation, for the actual menus that show up the menu periods you set up will automatically be applied! For example, if brunch is 11:00am-2:55pm and a student places an order at 2:00 they will see the brunch menu. If they place an order at 5:00 and dinner is 3:00pm-6:00pm then they will see the dinner menu.
