Printer ( FIIT POS & Nōwn POS) - Printer Advanced Troubleshooting

Before you go through these steps please ensure you have gone through all the necessary troubleshooting steps found in the documents below


1) Please make sure that the correct station is open. It's possible that the wrong location was selected when opening the station so the correct hardware configuration isn't called.

2) The devices could be on segregated networks due to the firewall placed by your IT team.

3) You could try to factory reset the printer and then follow the steps here in order to add the new IP address.
