Balance Adjustments (FIIT)- Changing Balances for all Patrons

If you wish to add or subtract from the balances of all students please view the following article. If you wish to give patrons very specific balances, ie: giving everyone a balance of $75, you will need to do a balance adjustment import.

• Please go to the Patrons tab and click on the gear icon. Once there select Export Balance Adjustments.

• 

• This will download a CSV file, you would then open this file and set all the balances to your desired levels.
• Once you're done, repeat the process but instead of Export Balance Adjustments select Import Balance Adjustments.
