Cash Drawer (Nōwn POS) - Cash Drawer Won't Open

If your printer is still printing but your cash drawer isn't working it means the cash drawer cable is not connected properly. Please ensure that the cable that goes from the printer to the cash drawer is properly plugged in at both ends. A loose connection will cause the cash drawer to not work.
