POS Issues - My POS is acting FUNKY!
I'm the middle of a rush and two or more of the following is happening and I don't know what to do!
- The POS is slow
- Names are not appearing in the transaction list or they are appearing more than once
- Each meal plan transaction is taking forever to go through
- The POS is showing a black screen with a spinning wheel
This is everyone's worst nightmare and can make you feel completely helpless. The good news is that this isn't a devastating issue, 98% of the time the issue is just with the internet. Your first step here would always be be reach out to your IT team in order to adjust your network and make sure that it is working at a quick speed.
If this is one of the rare instances where the internet is working properly, there might potentially be an issue with the system, in that case please reach out to the support team.
