Reporting (FIIT) - Where do I find key information about my meal plan usage?
It is very important to know exactly where you need to look to find key information related to your meal plan usage. Any information related to meal plans and service periods can be found in the FIIT (your back end management system). You can access your reports by logging into FIIT and clicking on the Reports tile.
Although there are a plethora of different reports, we have identified the ones that clients generally find the most useful, however, you are free to ignore these suggestions and use whatever works best for you!
The key reports that should provide you with the most value are:
- Sales by Meal Plan Report
- Participation Rate Report
- Patron Spend Report
- Daily Sales and Meals Served
- Patron Activity Report
- Active Patrons
Below you will find a short breakdown of each one and how it can help you!
Sales by Meal Plan Report: This report shows you the amount of transactions and volume of DCB/Meal Units used across your locations, broken down by location. It is very handy because it can be filtered by location and meal plan. You are also able export a transaction list for each location.
Participation Rate Report: This report gives you great insight into how many of the total possible meal units/DCB that could have been spent were actually spent. The participation rate metric is very valuable and lets you see the adoption rate of your meal plan.
Patron Spend Report: If you want more detail on a full breakdown of exactly who used a meal plan during as period this report is for you. The Patron Spend Report gives you a breakdown of every single student and how much DCB or Meal units they used during a specific period.
Daily Sales and Meals Served: If you want to see how each of your meal plans are performing for each location and service period this report provides exceptional details for those purposes. There is a full breakdown for number of transactions and the total spend at each service period and location.
Patron Activity Report: If a scenario arrises where you have to audit a students transactions to see their transaction history or deposits, this is exactly the report that you would want to us. It gives you a full breakdown of all of a patron's activities during a period of time.
Active Patrons: This is an excellent report to see the total amount of people on all meal plans or you can filter to a specific meal plan/s. Not only can you see the total amount of patrons, you can also see what financially that equates to ($ or meals.) It is also another way you could see the balance of a individual through this report.
