Imports (Nōwn POS) - How to Import Menu Items from FIIT

Do you want to import all your FIIT menu items to Nōwn without having to create all of them again? Please follow the simple steps below to seamlessly transition your menu.

• Log into the venue on Nōwn, click up Set Up 
• Select, Integrations, then scroll down to the part that says "Link to FIIT Meal Plan System"
• Click on the button that says Migrate FIIT Products. An image is attached of what that looks like is below. Please note that you would first need to link Nōwn and FIIT if you have not yet done so. 

• Once you press this button it will take 15-20 minutes in order for your menu to be imported, you will receive an email once this process is complete so no need to wait on the page!
• Once the items are imported they will not be visible on the grid right away, they will be in the list view so you will need to drag and drop them to the grid as shown here.
