General - Setting Up the Front End (Nōwn POS)

Most of the work to set up the system is done on the backend (FIIT) and we have a detailed document explaining exactly the steps that you need to go through in order for this to happen.

However, once you do all of that you need to set up the front end which is Nōwn POS, below you will find everything you need to do on Nōwn to be ready for a smooth roll out!

• Add Staff and Create Log Ins
• Connect to the back end
• Import or create a menu
• Set Menu Periods
• Enable Quick Charge if necessary (dining locations) 
• Set Up your hardware : printer, cash drawer, scanner, and credit card terminal.

And lastly, for any final optimizations please ensure you go through the Nōwn Station Settings.
